Korean Studies — The Journal of the Center for Korean Studies


 

Korean Studies cover imageEstablished in 1977, Korean Studies is an annual peer-reviewed journal that seeks to further scholarship on Korea by providing a forum for discourse on a variety of scholarly topics through interdisciplinary and multicultural articles, book reviews, and essays in the humanities and social sciences.

All scholarly articles on Korea and the Korean community abroad are welcome, including topics of interest to the specialist and nonspecialist alike. The journal is invaluable for Korea specialists as well as those whose interests touch on Korea, the Korean community abroad, or Asian, ethnic, and comparative studies.

Korean Studies (ISSN 0145-840X) is published for the Center for Korean Studies by the University of Hawai‘i Press. The journal is available in the Project MUSE electronic database of journals in the humanities and social sciences. Tables of contents and abstracts of the published articles available on line can be found at http://muse.jhu.edu/journals/ks/.
