COLOMBIA: Milestone reached in ELN negotiations

On 25 May US President Joe Biden thanked Mexico’s President Andrés Manuel López Obrador for the extradition to the US of Néstor Isidro Pérez Salas ‘El Nini’, an alleged top security enforcer of the Sinaloa drug trafficking organisation (DTO).
